Product Return

Our ultimate goal is to ensure you enjoy the products you have purchased from us. We accept most NEW and UNUSED products (some exclusions apply, such as RC Helicopters, Kits, and Electronics, which are not returnable) for which we will issue Store Credit within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and if the item was shipped with Free Shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This provides us with the proper information to process your return when the product arrives at our facility.

  • Once your return has been approved, we will send you a copy of the Return Authorization Form, which includes your RMA number. Please print this form and include it with your returned merchandise. For your convenience, the shipping address is included on the Return Information Form. Cut out the address and attach it to the package. This will allow us to process your return faster.

  • Please use proper packing materials, including fillers inside the box, to protect the items from damage during shipping.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any international government-associated fees).

  • Please pay for insurance on any packages being returned. ALIGNTrexShop and PowerHeliShop will not be held responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. If the package is lost or damaged, the carrier will reimburse you for the merchandise.

  • We will not pay for any Tariff, Export, Import, or Government fees associated with the return. 

  • A notification will be sent to the email address associated with your ALIGNTrexShop or PowerHeliShop account when store credit is added. This may take 5-7 business days after the package has been received.
Defective Merchandise Return

If you receive a defective item, please contact our Support Team immediately by phone. The item is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. In most cases, we can process the Warranty in-house. In some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may choose to handle the issue directly.

Defective Kit Part Return* (Kits are NOT Returnable)

RC Helicopter Kits are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you believe your RC Helicopter Kit contains a defective part, contact the Manufacturer directly or reach out to our Support Team immediately by phone. We will do our best to assist you in obtaining a replacement part from the Manufacture. At times, the Manufacturer may request that you return the part directly to us, at your expense, for inspection by our Engineering Team, or that we forward the part to the Manufacturer to determine whether it is within manufacturing specifications. Upon completion of the part inspection, the Manufacturer will determine if the part is to be returned or replaced.

*RC Helicopter Kits are not returnable.
