Shipping FAQs
Our system will provide shipping costs for domestic shipping within the United States and several other Countries . If you decide to take advantage of Flat Rate or Free shipping, we utilize the carrier with the lowest shipping cost. Delivery time depends on size of items being shipped, your location, and carrier.
AlignTrexShop does not guarantee any delivery times. In most cases the Shipping Provider will not guarantee delivery times due to circumstance out of their control.
We utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL.
In most cases orders which do not qualify for FREE Shipping will ship for $5.95 Flat Rate.
Restriction do apply to Free and Flat Rate shipping based on size, weight or if the item is offered at a special sales price. Any change in shipping rate is disclosed during the checkout process.
AlignTrexShop offers Free Economy Shipping within the USA, Lower 48 States for any valid order greater than $99.99 - restrictions apply to select items. Some large, heavy, or sale items may not qualify and additional shipping fees may apply.
AK, HI & PR orders may qualify for FREE shipping; however, some large, heavy, or sale items, many not qualify and additional shipping fees may apply.
Free Economy Shipping – Qualifying Orders Over $99.99
Free Economy Shipping can ship via multiple shipping methods, and such shipping methods are at the sole discretion of AlignTrexShop.
We do not guarantee delivery times. FREE Shipping deliver times can take 1-7 days depending on carrier, delivery location, and shipping company conditions which may impact delivery.
If you require a faster delivery time, we suggest you select a faster offered shipping option or contact us to upgrade to a quicker method.

Canada Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS, options are listed when viewing your shopping cart and during the check out process. At times our system may fail to offer correct shipping rate options, if you feel this is the case please contact us with any question or concerns.
International Shipping
We accept orders from outside the United States. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. All store items are listed in US dollars. If you choose to send an International Money Order, please ensure payment is in US dollars. Please, contact us with any questions concerning shipping to your location.
International Shipping Costs
We are doing out best to update our system to provide actual shipping cost options to as many Countries as possible. If you are outside the United States and having issues with our system providing shipping costs let us know.
We provide a cost-effective shipping solution for our International customers by passing along actual carrier fees. You may complete the order process; upon payment we will provide all shipping options allowing you to select the one that is best for you. Upon your selection of service, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. Your items will be shipped once payment is received.
If you are not aware shipping cost to many other Countries is expensive. If you prefer to receive the actual shipping cost prior to completing your order place the items in your cart. Notify us of by email and we will respond by sending all carrier shipping options and instructions to complete the order process.
